We're here to answer your questions about our Distance Design package! Whether you're in Boston or far from it, we believe it's the best option for someone who wishes to take on the purchasing and management of a new project, but needs a detailed guidebook on where to begin.

How is it different than the Full-Service Package?

Just like our Full-Service Design package, our Distance Design begins with the schematic design phase, which includes the sourcing of inspirational images and materials for the overall design. After we've reviewed the overall concept for the project, the design development begins, which includes sourcing specific furnitures, fixtures, and finishes for your project, and creating room design boards. We then provide you with a detailed schedule and sourcing list for each item, with their exact locations within your new space. The difference between the two packages begins when it is time for purchasing and management of deliveries. Within the Distance Design package, you are in charge of all ordering and installing all items.

How does the Distance Design package compare to other E-Design services?

We believe that our Distance Design package offers a more comprehensive experience with a designer and an end product that is worth investing in. Unlike some other e-design services who just sell copies of the same room to every client, you'll be working directly with us, collaborating on designs that are specific to you and your project's needs. Additionally, our Distance Design packages aren't only offered virtually. If you're located in the Boston area, this package is offered in-person!

What is the typical cost of the Distance Design Package?

While every project has its own unique scope and costs, our Distance Design package offers a flat rate fee in order to make our design expertise accessible to more clients. And unlike other e-design services, our flat rate fees are flexible to your project's scope. So while most other services only offer one rate per one room, we're able to incorporate as many rooms as you need into your custom flat rate.
