Phase One
Every project begins with a 15 minute discovery call. During this meeting, we discuss the needs of your project, decide which design service is the right fit for you, and schedule a site visit if necessary. Schematic design then begins. This includes the sourcing of inspirational images and materials for the overall design.
Phase Two
When the schematic phase is complete, the project moves into design development. This phase includes sourcing specific furnitures, fixtures, and finishes for your project, and creating room design boards. We schedule a meeting to review and finalize the design decisions.
Phase Three
After the designs are finalized, your project finally comes to life! If you're a distance design client, your designs are complete and ready for you to begin purchasing! If you're a full service client, the JMI team then begins the ordering of furniture and fixtures, the start of construction, and the installation of your finishes space.
